Make today day one.
A coach that walks with you from the first day. Your training, your food and how you feel, read together, with a note each morning about what matters today.
The little things that keep you going.
Apple Health, both ways.
ambr reads your steps, sleep, workouts and weight, writes back your meals, weight and workouts, and shows sessions from other apps alongside yours.
Water, in one tap.
Add a glass with one tap on Today or in Fuel.
Log it afterwards.
Add a workout after the fact, sets and all, without running the timer.
Your routines, and the coach’s.
Build your own in the routine builder, or start from the coach’s suggested plan.
Progress, week by week.
Your volume trend and personal records over time, and no streak to break.
kg or lb.
Weights in whichever unit you think in.
Six languages.
The app and the coach speak English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Italian.
Reminders you control.
Set the time for each reminder, and turn each one on or off.
Light and dark.
ambr follows your system’s appearance, morning to night.
Your data, yours.
Export everything as one file, or delete your account for real.
Your progress stays yours.
Your copy.
Progress photos are encrypted on your phone before upload. The key is created on your device and kept in your iCloud Keychain; ambr can’t open them, and neither can the AI.
The coach’s copy.
So the coach can assess your progress, a separate unencrypted copy goes to private storage. An AI model reads it (Claude, by Anthropic) for your Day 0 read or your weekly report. It’s deleted once the next check-in has compared against it, and never kept more than 30 days.

You choose which data ambr can read. Setup asks for permission to write meals.
AI.
Insights and estimates can be wrong; ambr is not medical advice.
Come along for a day.
Before day one.
What is ambr?
An iOS app that brings your training, nutrition, daily check-ins and an AI coach into one place, for people who want a clearer plan around the gym and the rest of their day.
How can I try it?
Request beta access by email and Tauro Labs will send availability and joining details. ambr is in beta; there is no public release date yet.
Do I need to be an experienced gym-goer?
No. Your plan starts where you are and grows with you. Tell the team about your experience and goals when you request access.
Does ambr work with Apple Health?
Yes. Setup asks for permission to write your meals to Apple Health. What ambr reads—steps, sleep, workouts, weight—stays your choice, and you can change it anytime in the Health app.
Is the coach a medical professional?
No. AI coaching and nutrition estimates can be wrong. ambr supports fitness habits and planning; it is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a qualified professional about health concerns.
