Zenda Terms of Service

Version 1.0 — Effective 2 July 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Zenda, operated by Tauro Labs, contact hello@useambr.com ("Zenda", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Zenda.

1. What Zenda is — and is not

Zenda is an AI-assisted fitness and nutrition coaching app. It builds training and meal plans, tracks your progress, and gives you feedback based on the information you provide and, with your permission, your Apple Health data.

Zenda is not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a medical device. Nothing in the app — including AI-generated plans, reports, notes, and estimates — is a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. See section 5 and the Health Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Zenda. By using Zenda you confirm that you are 16 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account

4. AI-generated content

Zenda's plans, reports, coach notes, and nutrition estimates are generated by an AI model. You acknowledge that:

5. Health and safety

Physical exercise and dietary change carry inherent risks, including injury and, in rare cases, serious harm. By using Zenda you agree that:

6. Your content and licence

You retain all rights to the content you provide (photos, comments, logged data). You grant us a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to operate Zenda for you — including sending relevant parts to our AI processor to generate your coaching content, as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no other rights; we do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it. The licence ends when the content or your account is deleted.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, branding, exercise catalogue, and software are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Your personal coaching content is yours to keep and export.

9. Price

Zenda is currently free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, pricing and terms will be presented clearly before you pay anything, and continued use of existing features will not be silently converted into a paid obligation.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Zenda available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change. AI processing depends on third-party providers; outages can delay plans and reports. We may modify these Terms; material changes will be shown in the app and require your renewed acceptance before continued use.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

12. Apple App Store terms

These Terms are between you and Zenda, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for it, for these Terms, or for any claims relating to the app (including product liability, regulatory compliance, and IP claims). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. restricted parties list.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also enjoy the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Before any dispute, we would genuinely rather you just email us — most problems can be fixed quickly.
